Can CAB resin be dissolved in toluene (Xylene)?

The Answer: No. CAB resins are not recommended to be dissolved in toluene (Xylene).

CAB resin can only be used with Ethyl Acetate. It cannot be used with Xylene as it will cause flocculation.

CAB dissolution method: First, dissolve CAB in ethyl acetate. Then, adding CAB solutions to other systems.

Solution to test color and haze: 20% CAB + 80% ethyl acetate.

Then, adjust the ratio of CAB to ethyl acetate based on the specific application requirements.
